Hi All,
First time poster, long time lurker
So I decided to take 'Weapons Remastered' from GM binder https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-LA-cZ6gjstFUUidNmIP and the Angry GM Armor tweaks for a naval campaign https://theangrygm.com/drowning-in-armor-systems-part-2/,
Coupled it with the advanced effects extension https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?40833-5E-Advanced-Effects-(items-npcs-characters
Did some balancing and tweaking and came up with a mod that has a chunk of new items with effects built in
I am using it for a nautical campaign I am creating but I thought other folks might be interested in expanding their combat depth. Some effects will need to be done manually but seeing as I did all the legwork I thought I'd share it. The story entries have all the details required and I think I put in a rough Glyph magic system I created with some example effects built in as well.
Please do let me know what you think as this is my first attempt and if I was sloppy or inefficient I'd like to know. I've only owned FG for 3 weeks though my DM has been running our campaigns in it for over a year now. I also noticed the community mod thread has been inactive for a while so I started a new thread, Mods - if it is inappropriate please nix it and tell me why so I don't make the same error again.
I am also not sure how to share a file properly so here is a G-Drive link with the mod
