Aaron Saucedo (aka Bezwrecker) joined us officially on Saturday, April 25th. He joins the Customer Service team, making it a whopping 2-person team. :D

Aaron brings more than 10 years of customer support experience to the team, with a focus on IT customer service. I spent several hours with him on Saturday working through support emails and I can tell he is going to fit right in. Please wish him well.

Remember, PEBKAC is only allowed for internal tracking. Never do you let the users know their issue has been categorized that way!

We have seen some users self-label a resolved issue as PEBKAC or ID10T errors. Most of these are chalked up to not having an intuitive enough interface yet on our end.
