Fantasy grounds is a bit of pain in that I have to use a different program to make the character I want and then bring it over due to lac of validation and even then I have to make sure to take it level by level to ensure I did it right. Is there someone who has put together some villains for me or some higher level Goblin characters so that Gobs aren't an instant push over or the town guard who happens to be a veteran or the conniving wizard making their life miserable? Any such sets out there?

DO you mean NPCs or PCs?

Well if it npcs the Gamemastery Guide has a stack in them. PCs you have to go through the leveling process to get them up higher. But NPCs are easier to make.

I got the PDF then put them in FG with the Parser

Ok fixed the link.

The buttons I pulled from the PF1e ruleset and made an extension to replace the original buttons, I think I have to make a couple too cause PF2e has different buttons to PF1e.
I did it a while back
