The map disappeared

I am using 5e ruleset and was working on a map when it disappeared. Only a gray background is left. The picture files are still there. Any ideas?

More than likely the original OP have panned off the edge of the map - assuming they’re might have been using FGU.

If you’re using FGU, check that you haven’t zoomed out too far or panned off the edge.

Otherwise, please provide a screenshot of the whole image window showing your issue.

Thanks for responding. I got the map back. I'm not sure what I did or how I got it back. But, I have since learned how to use the middle button for map control and that has made a HUGE difference! I think I have it under control now! Thanks again for your help though!
