Several weeks ago I started asking questions because my group and me wanted to try out VTT gaming due to a certain pandemic.

Last tuesday we played our third session using a FGC subscription and the Lost Mine of Phandelver module.

Today, I'll cancel the subscription ...

- and buy an FGU Ultimate license.

All the players and me are having so much fun playing D&D and doing this safely from home tha, when I proposed this solution, they unanimously voted for it.

Thank you so much for providing us with this great piece of software and the terrific support on the forum!

One word of advice. Buy FGU, but keep your subscription to FGC for a week or so. There's bound to be a bit of a difference between the pieces of software, and you want to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Yeah, as the subscription covers the next session anyway, I'm quite relaxed. I still have ten days for internal and some connection tests .

Lost Mines is such a great intro to 5E and FG. It's too bad it isn't free all the time it would be really great for DM's running FG for the first time.
