The 5E Chat Spells Extension adds a small Chat Icon below the Link Icon.
Clicking this button sends a description of the spell to Chat.
This is for when you are casting a spell and there is some discussion/debate about the spells capability and you need to share the description with the table.

Being able to do it with any Power made in a character sheet would be helpful.

Being able to do it for items in general would be useful. There's quite a few items that have mechanical uses by this point.

Whereas this is a cool extensions - nice one damned!

Remember that players can share records on their PC sheet via the usual share mechanism - right-click on the open sheet of the record you want to share, then select "share sheet". This will open the record sheet to all currently connected players. Once shared this way, you can also drag the record link to the chat window so others can open again if needed. Not as elegant is this cool extension, but still functional.

Very kewl....works great...this is excellent when there is a challenge on a particular spell, cantrip or action that has a display to be shared

Instead of this extension use 5E Sharing is Caring as it handles Spells and a whole bunch of other data types too...
