:pirate: Been gaming for so many years online/offline, and always looking for the next best thing to bring virtual tabletop "alive". I try to be as creative as possible.

Dming Random Times in the Week. Looking for a small group to run games for. Homebrew world / Maps / Miniatures / techniques.

Perferably PHB/Complete Series, other proposals will be up for review.
3rd level to start. 30 Point Buy ( or 4d6 drop lowest ).

New-Comers : its all good Im new to FG as well. I dont mind helping. Players should also be able to help newcomers get adjusted to gameplay.

Voice Chat might be nice ; I can do that if there is enough want for it. Or will resort to txt/graphic based. Teamspeak Im guessing. hmmm

I do tend to stir away from hack n slash adventures.

Its a secret of the pros. Listen up . LOL

Fractal Mapper : The best RPG campaign builder
Mapping/Intro/Notes/Views/All types of tools to create an website for your whole world. Quite amazing. Customizable as well.

Ubuntu : freeware graphic/application interface , just as good as adobe photoshop cept its all free, and there is lots of other "generic" rebuilds , very nice .

Thanks Ob. Let me switch it to my server computer. Is there any ports that are needed to be opened?

Port 1802 needs to be open. www.pcflank.com has a portscanner that can be used to see if it is.

If you have a firewall or antivirus program it may show up as stealthed, this mode lets you run as a client, but not as a server (GM).

I am fairly flexible since I run my own businesses, I can do whatever I want.

Later on in the evenings EST. If you are from another part of the world , then you might be able to get in . I am usually up from 4PM eastern to 7AM eastern. I do have kids so the weekends/weekdays during the afternoon are completely out ; thats my time with my punk'ins.

If I can get this host setup correctly where players can actually join it will be great. Working on it , never had this kind of problem ever with any type of host/server. I am keeping positive.

Any that wish to partake in a game , needs to add me on instant messenger so scheduling and updates can be given.

I stopped the server so I could have a gaming party (halo 1 via hub)

If you are online right now, hit a response back and I can test it.
This is a bother for both ; when I can get this up and running, there will many adventure worlds.

Ill re-fresh in a few and see

I've tried again right now (don't know if the server was down or that the connection still was broken). I'm going to work now, so I won't be here for the rest of the day to test further.

Edit: and yes, I would like you to get it to work. Since you seem to be on in the morning my time this would serve excellent as a multiple day game every 2 weeks for me.

Within all the trials and tribulations I have had with a product that has no on-site support for software that is build on a networking issue ; have been looking into other venues. I really wanted to give to the community and find a new value in virtual tabletop. Currently I will be residing on www.openrpg.com ( free virtual tabletop ) running games. Have a great year all, and will you see on the flipside.
