4E extension to calculate the XP and Level of an Encounter.
Must hit "refresh" to calculate. It does not auto-calculate on changes to the encounter.
34214
Also, since Level is dependent on the number of characters in the party, there are two new options:
34215
The "Level XP buffer" means the percent an encounter can go over the XP budget for a level and still count as that level. For example, if an encounter comes out to 5,200 XP per character, that would be considered a level 24 encounter even though it only exceeded the level 23 XP budget of 5,100 XP by a little. But if the "Level XP buffer" was set to 5%, then that would be considered a level 23 encounter since it was less than 5% over a level 23 encounter.
(Only tested on FGC)
