Missing map in Shrine of Qorgeth module

I am running the Shrine of Qorgeth module from Kobold Press. When I open the player map, I get a gray image and no map. The console appears with the following message:


Database Error: image: Invalid file (MAP - Shrine Of Qorgeth - Players.jpg)

The DM map in the module is fine, but would love to use the player map. Is there any fix for this or could I somehow get a new map. Thanks for any help with this!

Which product does this module come with? I can't find a product with that in the title.
