Log In within Settings Not Working

I am attempting to move Fantasy Grounds Classic to a new computer but it doesn't appear that my username and log in is working. I don't see any kind of warning that it didn't work but my license key isn't activating the product and if I launch a demo campaign, none of the modules I have bought are in my library. I know the password is correct and I can log in here on the site. I can still log in fine on the old computer. Both are on the same network.

I have gone into Windows Defender Firewall and added Fantasy Grounds, FG Updater Engine and Fantasy Grounds Updater to the list of Allowed Apps. I have added the Fantasy Grounds folder to my list of Exclusions in Windows Security.

Your login controls access to your bought products. It does not automatically apply your license key. Without you having a properly licensed product, your DLC modules won't be available. So, make sure you enter your license key (step 3 here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Setup_Tutorial) and then do an update.

Well my license key doesn't seem to be working for some reason. It's a Lite to Full Key from 2010 (which support told me is all I need) and I can't find my Lite key anywhere. Lite key isn't shown in order history or anywhere in my e-mail. When I past or type in the key it's red if that means anything.

Anyway, I'd get back in touch with support. In the past you needed to enter your lite license and your life-to-full upgrade key - but the field to enable that has been removed. Maybe they changed something in the license check that just looks for a valid lite-to-full key and doesn't need the lite key anymore. But, if this is the case, it obviously isn't working for your license key.

I'd email support, with your license key, and ask them to double-check that it's valid as a standard (full) license key.

Well bummer. Their response to my first e-mail was "I pulled up your account and your license key is showing as active so it will still work with the Classic version of the program." and after tell them that it didn't in fact work they responded with "We just recently got rid of the two license key box system for users like yourself that have upgrade keys. The only key you will need to put in the box is the upgrade key you copy and pasted into your reply to us. That will give you a v.3.3.10 version of Classic Fantasy Grounds."

I guess I'll e-mail again and maybe I'll get a more knowledgeable rep.

The red key means it's invalid.

When I enter my lite license in the License Key field, another field opens to allow me to enter the "Lite to Full Key":

So, yeah, looks like support aren't quite right, and you'll need to try and find the original lite license key. Maybe they can help with that?
