NPC -- how do you modify toughness or give armour

HI Guys

I'm not sure why I am finding this so difficult --
but I cannot see how to give an npc armour or modify toughness?

And how do you assign a token to an npc?

Only been using FP this week.

Very difficult to learn.

Sounds like you may need to unlock the npc. it is the little padlock at the top right.
I can recommend Doswelks series of videos for learning the sw ruleset. They are stuck at the top of this forum

I have the same problem. Even if I unlock an NPC it seems to be impossible to pull any items other than weapons into the npc sheet. Is there a trick or is it im possible?

Just click on the Toughness box and type in the number you want.
