change inc to a blood splat

is there an extension or other way to change the inc market on tokens to a blood splat?

Do you mean on the map or the character sheet? I do not know about the latter, but the ruleset already does it in for the map. When Inc, on the CT hit the red "-" button to delete the entry. Once confirmed, it replaces the token on the map with a blood splat.
