Demo players cant create characters in my campaign

I have an ultimate unity account and my players cannot create characters using my PF2 core rules module. When they join the campaign it says they have the module, but when they go to create their characters none of the dropdowns are available (i.e. races, classes, feats). Has anyone faced this issue?

Can you give more info on the issue. Is it that they can't see any data, or is it that they can't see the sidebar buttons?

If they can't see any data, have the players opened the module - from the module activation screen?

If they can't see the sidebar buttons for Ancestries, Backgrounds, Classes, Feats, etc. then they should click the "Create PC" button at the top of the Library window to display the buttons relevant to creating a PC. And, they'll always have access to the Ancestry, Background, Class and Feats through the buttons in the Chargen tracker.

Please make sure you are all running on version 2020-04-17
Also the players will need click Library -> Module Activation -> Load on the PF2 rules
Then they will be able to access the materials.
