Modification to Hit Die

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I did some digging and couldn't find anything. Is there an option for players to manually (roll) update their HP, instead of having it just automatically set?

No. But all you have to do is have them roll and manually adjust. There might already be an item on the wishlist you can vote for.
