Encounters creator panel auto calculate XP and Level extension request

When adding NPC's to the Encounters panel, it does not calculate the XP or Level. I must check each added NPC and add the numbers manually. I am hopeful there is or could be created an extension that would create this function.

I also noticed the Faction skull color is wrong for the added NPC's

(That extension does nothing about the Faction. Just click the faction button to make it hostile if you want. Blue must be the default for blank in FGU.)
