Wild Magic Surge

One of my players is a wild mage, and when he rolls on the table it rolls and extra d10. It's not rolling a d1000 per se, it's rolling a d100 + d10. Does anyone know what's going on here?

One of my players is a wild mage, and when he rolls on the table it rolls and extra d10. It's not rolling a d1000 per se, it's rolling a d100 + d10. Does anyone know what's going on here?
We are going to need to see screen shots of the chat window and the Wild Magic Surge table. Odds are someone (you) dropped a d10 on the die roll icon of the table :)

Thanks, I figured it out. I had to clear all dice from the table but it seems another d10 got dragged into the Wild Surge table. We're good to go now.
