Strong Recovery

Is there someway to have the Strong Recovery feat be automatically accounted for when rolling recoveries?

I'm not familiar with the 13th Age system or ruleset. But, if the ruleset is not already automating it by virtue of being a feature on the PC sheet, I assume that it's probably not automated.
