Cannot Find New Vampire Purchase

I just purchased the 5th edition Vampire ruleset and I cannot find it on the Fantasy Grounds app. I am using Steam, it says it is installed automatically, but I cannot find it in the menus. Could someone help me locate this? I am new to FG.
