Items modification question

I was wondering if it would be possible to make it so that players could copy item information given by the DM into their Notes list. For example, say I make an item called Bracers of Armor, and I put the info for bracers of armor in that item. I then share that item sheet with a player. I would like for the player to be able to drag that item sheet's link to his Notes list and have the game create a note for the player that is a duplicate of the item sheet.

Would this be possible?
