Player just installed Classic and stuck updating?

He leaves license key space blank as he is a demo player, types in his username and password, gets to the download the screen, it finishes and then nothing. What are we doing wrong?

"nothing" means the window disappears and the FG Launch screen does not reappear? Or The update doesn't finish or?

Screen shots of what they are experiencing would help :)
