Starfinder Core Rules Question

I own the pdf of the core rulebook for Starfinder on paizo.com but it does not seem to be carrying over to FG. Do the core rules/systems not carry over and thus need to be purchased again?

By synchronizing your FG account with your Paizo account, you get a discount equivalent to the PDF price paid on Paizo off the price of the equivalent FG version.

So I should just attempt to buy the core rules and it should show up discounted in my cart?
