Title Creator?

Is there any sort of extension where I can generate titles for my players such as "King XYZ" "Gnoll Slayer" "Son of Insertname" etc. I ask because I think it would be a nice reward for my players if they hit some sort of milestone or do something out of the ordinary. "You just killed your 100th Bugbear in this campaign. You are called 'Bugbear Hunter' They must now make a Will save or risk being Frightened because of your renown among their kind.'

In 5E (not sure about other rulesets), you could create custom feats and give them to the player?

Just add the tile to the end of their name, or put it in the notes or background section or anywhere else you would like. But yea, feats work too :)
