Connection Lags

Hello,
I know lagging and connection issues is something that seems to come up a lot.
I have an issue with my players that whenever they run the demo just on their own machine
FG runs fine. However once they connect to me it runs terribly and lags.

What are some things i can do to prevent this from happening?

Please check your memory usage for Fantasy Grounds using Windows Task Manager. If you have loaded lots of images or tokens into the FGC Classic data folder (or are using images which are too high resolution), these all load up at initial run time, and can affect performance. If that's the case, try removing the images/tokens and see if that affects performance.
