Has anyone found a way to customize and switch back and forth different wallpapers for the ruleset?

Not sure which you mean? Themes will cover the icons, pictures, colors, and such. Decals would be the image in the center.

Decals can be changed in game, which you can change under OPTIONS -> Game (GM) -> Desktop: Decal Image, click on button to the right


Themes are extensions which you need to select before launching your campaign. From what I can tell it will pick the last one used as the active one.
