FGU- Magic items mixed up

Hi, I am a new dm to the online tabletop world and I am trying to do a zero session with my players(we where playing in person then all the lock down measure happened so we are switching to online so we can still enjoy our time playing together) . When I give my players a magic item it switches the items name and doesn't give bonus associated with those items. How do I fix that?

You need to identify the item, click the red circle in the upper right of the item. This allows you to give out treasure that the party can have fun identifying. You know, like the Cursed Hammer of Gilgamesh!
