Hi, i know you guys are working hard on resolving the connection issues. But in the meantime, is there a difference between using the cloud server and port forwarding myself? I am experiencing that most players can join my campaign if i dont have any modules loaded, but otherwise they are unable to join.
Thanks in advance!

See here for what to report if you are having connection issues. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?55185-Connection-Issues-And-What-To-Provide

I haven't heard of issues such as you describe. There's no reason why having modules loaded would make any difference. By modules loaded I'm assuming that you mean modules open in the DM campaign screen. If you mean modules shares (that is they have a green tick on them in the activation screen and so the players can download the files) have you given the players time to download them? If you are shareing a lot of big modules this could take a long time. So what ruleset and what modules are you sharing?

Ah yes, my bad, i mean modules shared. But they dont get past "resolving connection to server", they dont reach acquiring file list. So it seems to me that they dont reach the step of downloading them in the first place.

Make sure you and your players are using the most up to date versions. See here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?55145-Updater-Issues
