Themes?

Are there any good themes that work with the 4e ruleset that I can find/buy anywhere? I've seen alot of videos with people with a really nice leather-looking theme, but I have no idea where it comes from.

There's a leather one that is the base theme for 5e DnD, which might be what you're talking about?

Is it possible to use the cool-looking 5e leather theme with 4th edition?

You could try this here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?46067-5e-Leather-theme-for-3-5e-Pathfinder&p=417541&viewfull=1#post417541 (or the ones in the first post linked there), but I am not sure how they look in 4e and there is a mixed theme and a leather theme, too (but I personally prefer the mixed theme, the pure leather theme might disturb your character sheets; you can also unzip the extensions to add the leather sidebar buttons if you want because I used the ones from the dungeon theme) :)
