So I am interested in running a Delta Green game for my players. What would you suggest the best way to go about this. Should I use MoreCore? Is there an extension for the CoC 7th edition ruleset? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an extension for CoC6E for Delta Green. DG itself is still based on 6th Edition rules.
