Hi,

Still getting my head around Fantasy Grounds Unity. I am just wondering if it is possible to have an overlay in your maps that is just for the dm to see.
Background info. I have a dungeon (DotMM) that has a map for the players and a map for the DM. The DM map has the room numbers, secret doors, trap locations etc, where the player map just has walls and normal doors.
I have set up the player map with LoS but I was wanting to overlay the DM's map and have it only visible to me but still have it have the live tracking of where the players are (as the are looking at the plain map), so I can tell them when they step on a trap and things like that.

My original thought was to put it on as a stamp that is set to DM Privacy, but stamps aren't designed to be that big and it's really hard to line up as it isn't semi-transparent.

Does anyone understand what I am trying to do and know if it is possible?

Hi Epargreboog, welcome to FG.,

Yes, I understand what you are trying to do but at the moment it isn't possible. If you could ever match up the DM and Player maps and overlay them in different layers the problem would then be that the DM layer can only have two states invisible or Visible. You can't make an asset invisible to just the DM unless it is a token on the map which has been made invisible on the CT. So when you made it visible the players would see it too.
