Players Joining Games

So I'm on the brink of getting a refund for this software. Every time, EVERY time, my players try to join my campaign, we have connection issues. The router was manually reconfigured last time we played, and the damn port 1802 was opened. I am using the same router, same signal, all that jazz, and my players still can't f*cking join my campaign. What the hell is the problem?

Are you using FGC or FGU?

If so and your problems persist, please post the answers to the 7 questions found in those posts.

If you are using FGU, we will still need more information to help. Do be aware that their are current issues with the connection lobby. For this issue specifically, the developer will need the console.log files from both the GM and a player and all the connection details. You can see several threads in the Playtest forum with details as the beta software has issues that are being actively investigated and resolved.
