Possible PureVPN issue

Does PureVPN offer a port forwarded server? I think that might be the real issue.

I had to manually select another country to make it work (even with the usual options checked), so that may also fix it for you. Possibly some incorrect information on some of their servers.

well, it was working fine then just stopped working. I am hosting a game tonight and trying to get this figured out. I am in a hotel and I hate to cancel

A protocol that is supported and Non-NAT.

Though if it always has worked for you, I suggest just trying a different server.

ok, tried to connect to every country, not one worked :/

Maybe double-check whether you have "Dedicated IP" under "Mode"?

Edit: And Port-Forwarding set-up.

th subscription I have no longer has the port-fowarding option you must pay an extra $23 for that

Has it previously worked without the port forwarding feature? As far as I know, you need the Dedicated IP or at least Port Forwarding feature. (I think as an addon it's something like 1 USD per month.)

well, after dealing with a completely disrespectful online support person "Lorenzo" I canceled my subscription, he was a complete jerk. So now I have to find anther port forwarding vpn or some other way to host a game in a hotel
