The ruleset includes the Ruleset, Players Handbook and Monsters & Treasure volumes.

Running something that hasnt been converted to FG is pretty easy. Import the images and get them gridded up inside FG.
Create any custom NPCs.
Setup your encounters if you have time.

Narrate the story content directly from the PDF. You dont need to enter it all into FG.

Its fantastic value. Its not nearly as featured as 5E but is still very solid and the reference manuals are top notch.
