Hello everyone,
I'm DMing a Necessary Evil : Breackout campaign. There is an option in the Heightened Senses power in Superpower Companion (2nd ed) to reduce the Range penalties (called Eagle Eyes).
Is there a way to code the reduction on the NPC sheet ? Or should I use modifiers manually ?
