They will have the information on becoming licensed. They will also have a list of community developers you may be able to engage with if you need it converted.

Or just ask them to handle contacting the community devs for you. That's usually what happens. They look at the list, look at who's already busy with projects, who might have openings, etc. and approach us directly or if not, they put it in the monthly developer newsletter that we all get and just let us contact them if we're interested.
