Hamachi and fantasy grounds issue

Hi this is my first post on the forums so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but Im planning on running a Curse of Strahd campaign that was supposed to start yesterday but I couldn't figure out how to get my players into my game. my friend who helped last time suggested Hamachi and we all got it and joined a network I made, now that's where I'm currently stuck I don't know what to do from here onwards. when I try test my connection for the game it says failure. can someone help plz.

The key things are:
1) Test connection won't work.
2) Player connecting by alias won't work.
3) The Players need to connect to your FG instance using the Hamachi IP address of the GMs computer.
