Trouble Upgrading to Ultimate

Returning to Fantasy Grounds after a long absence. Have the "Full" license and purchased a month of ultimate but I am unable to upgrade to the Ultimate version of the game. When I attempt to use the activation code for Ultimate in my order history the characters in the field turn red and I am not able to proceed unless I use the activation key for the Full license.

Being stuck at home is killing my local players and I would love to get FG running for them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please make sure that you go to your Store History, and you are using the right license key for the installer you are running.

There are now two separate installers, one for Fantasy Grounds Unity (product code FGU01/FGU03) and Fantasy Grounds Classic (product code SWK01/SWK02/SWK03).

Thank you, problem fixed. I'm in a rush to get back set up and, in my haste, I missed some obvious things.
