Change default setting for a ruleset

Hello, hello,

is there a way to change the default options for a ruleset ?
For exemple, I use to show the DM dices and use the tower. How to make those choices the default ?

There's no mechanism to do that. If the options you want are different than the defaults, you need to update them when you create new campaigns.
