Toggle toolbar button missing the toolbar

It was there before, but now the toolbar is missing

EDIT TO ADD: I opened other images and looks like the toolbar is there. I did have this particular image open when I was dragging other images from assets, so maybe that has bugged it?

It bumps the image up and down, but the toolbar is invisible.

Lock the image and then use that button to toggle the toolbar.

Didn't make a difference whether the image was locked or not.

Oh, and it's back now after FG crashed on me.

I have a similar problem but slightly different. I have accidentally removed the targeting and drawing selection from the toggle toolbar on maps and cant get them back. I should add that I am using FG unity
