Details of your scenario:
You were all a bunch of thieves, scoundrels, slaves or murderers according to the Crown. Some of that may be true, or it may all be lies. Whatever the case, the fortunes have not been on your side.
Gathered together onto this prison ship, where you were held below decks and due to hang or be sold into slavery on arrival in Port Royal. The closer to port you came the worse seemed your odds.
Then under the cover of night and a clouded moon, only a few days out of port, you managed the free your chains and orchestrated an uprising. Like vipers in the night, one by one you quietly dispatched the English crew. When the alarm bell was finally sounded it was to late, and the fight that broke out, while costing several lives was a short one. The ship is yours.

Looking for people who enjoy in-depth in character roleplaying to spin involved tales and adventures on the high seas.
This should be a short to medium length campaign.
Previous experience with Savage Worlds is not required and is easily picked up.
