The ruleset will load but throws up this error:

[3/14/2020 3:20:17 PM] Launcher scene exiting.
[3/14/2020 3:20:17 PM] Tabletop scene starting.
[3/14/2020 3:20:33 PM] [<color="red">ERROR</color>] Unable to locate ruleset file. [VTM5TH] [campaign/record_edit_secattributes.xml]
This happens with new and old campaigns created in the unity version.
OS: Windows 10 1909
Language and Region settings: US/English
Modules loaded: Only the base VTM5TH
