I have been making items for all the scrolls and wands in the game and have been using the list of spells for the Archives of Nethys', so I am pretty sure that it is all good as far as compliance with the OGL. When I post the module for others to use what other info should I include just to keep it all above par?

Include the full text of the actual OGL relative for the data contained. Usually this is done as a story entry called "OGL" or something similar.
