LFG New to D&D 5E

Hello. I've new to D&D and looking to learn to play the game.
I am a 33 years old. I enjoy the story building in D&D. I have consumed a lot of D&D content via YouTube and the books but I haven't had the chance to play the game myself.

Time available:
Monday, Thursday, and Saturday
As early as 1PM GMT running ideally no later than 5pm GMT
I move around a bit at GMT+1 or GMT+8

You may want to include your time zone (or confirm it's GMT since you referenced that in your post) just to make sure there is no confusion with GM's looking for players.

Hi. I too am new to D&D (pen and paper games in general). Always had interest in the game but could never find any D&D groups in my vicinity. Recently I've been binge watching D&D videos on YouTube and stumbled upon the topic of virtual tabletop software and online play. Then I thought to myself that I am not too old to learn and that I should "finally" give D&D a shot. I'm eager to learn and willing to put in the required effort.

Turning 27 years old next weekend, located in Norway (timezone: GMT +1).
