I updated FG Unity today on to Macs. I hosted a LAN campaign on one Mac, and I'm trying to connect with another. Both Macs have the latest Mac OS, 10.15.3
They are both MacBook Pros. I am on a home network. We are connecting by IP address. The IP address in the "Internal IP" box on the create a game screen is consistent with what Mac settings says.

I Host a LAN Campaign with no password and wait for the game to load. I'm on the normal DM view of the game, with chat and buttons along the left.
On another Mac, I enter the IP address and port and click connect. It then says "Attempting Direct Connection to Server" and then stays there indefinitely.

What should I be doing to let the Player on the other Mac connect to my Mac?

That should be all you need. I'm not a Mac expert, but perhaps you can check to make sure network access is not blocked on either machine by Mac application firewall or other security software. Also, can you check to see if port 1802 is open while you are running inside a FGU campaign.
