Travel distance vs modes of travel

OK, quick perusing has left me at a loss. Is there a chart or reference guide within the C&C rules to measure travel distances and speeds for modes of transportation? Or do I need to dig out the old Dungeon Master Guide?

Thank you. And oh yes, there will be much waving of the hands (or paws, or pseudopods, other other such appendages) but I'm planning on doing a hex-crawl for this one so always good to have the "official" rulings for a particular rules as a reference...

Just use the stats from your DMG then if you dont have the CKG. They will be the same.
