View Full Version : Are there any good online Battle Map Creators?

Hi Everyone.

Just getting ready to run my first 5e campaign on FG and I'm wondering if there are any good online battle map creation tools? I know there are thousands of battle maps online that you can download for free or pay for on sites, but is there a site or software package that you can use to make your own custom battle maps? Whilst there are many good maps kicking around online I just want to be able to create my own maps that are exactly what I want in my game and can tailor them to my encounters and adventure plan.

Dungeon Painter Studio is pretty good.
Campaign Cartographer is fantastic but very expensive.

Dungeon Painter Online is the free version.

Wow, this looks quite interesting... exactly the style of map and art I like.

Are you talking about Dungeon Painter Studio? Or is Dungeon Painter Online a different product?

DPS is the standalone (almost it generally wants the steam wrapper to load too) product with more features.
