If you have a number of actors in the combat tracker, you can scroll but only as long as the current actor (who's turn it is) is still in view.
This makes it impossible to be able to interact with certain actors at times in the CT.
This could be a nice feature to enable at times, but it remains important to be able to access all entries in the CT at times.
