Large increase in GPU usage when map set as background wallpaper

AS the title suggests, the GPU usage hitched for players and DM when using the map as a wallpaper. Using the 5e ruleset.

I think this is related to a general performance issue when resizing certain graphics or in certain combinations. It's currently being tracked as FGU-838. Carl will ask more questions, if he need, once he has a chance to look at this.
