Inputting data into FG from PDFs?

Hi,
I was wondering how to or what I need to use to import pdf's like ultimate combat or advanced classes PF. Into FG. ? Any help would be appreciated do I have to know how to code? FG noob sorry.

You simply need to copy and paste the information into the correct place. NPC's, Items, Story etc..
