Image Map with several layers loads grey

I updated the scene on this map with a few blood stains and blast marks from spells. The image file also had a partial mask and LoS occuluders done. "Fane of the Night Serpent from ToA. Today i've reloaded the map and it simply stays grey. No apparent image after 20 minutes.
