Need help in creating a magic item

I just started with this tool.

I am trying to create a item I have had in my live games since the late 70's.

It is a Continual Light headband. Just a headband with Continual Light cast on it.

Open Items (Big button on the right hand side), click the small edit button and then the green cross and then fill in the template that opens up.
